With a total floor area of 29,115 sq.m., the project involved structural retrofitting, upgrading of electro-mechanical systems, and renovation of the existing 12-storey Philippine heritage building. The Insular Life Makati Building was awarded LEED Gold Certificate for its energy-efficient design and environmentally-friendly features.
