An approximately 10,550-sq.m. fit-out of the Insular Life offices and common areas within its iconic 12-storey heritage building along Ayala Avenue corner Roxas Avenue in Makati. While the building involved structural retrofitting and upgrading of its electro-mechanical systems, the fit-out work involved the entire ground floor including main lobby, lift lobby and hallway, and Ballroom.
